The BioNase can be used in conjunction with other medications, although due to the nature of the Allergic Rhinitis, usually less medication is needed

What is Allergic Rhinitis (commonly known as Hay Fever)

Allergic Rhinitis is a medical condition that describes irritation and inflammation of the nasal internal areas. It’s a common condition caused by an allergy to airborne substances such as grass or hay pollen, which affects the upper respiratory passages (nose, sinus, throat and eyes).
The most common cause of Allergic Rhinitis is grass and flowers in pollen especially during early summer, while during spring pollens from trees are the most common cause.
Symptoms may be similar to a cold, including runny nose, watery eyes and repeated sneezing attacks. As with all allergies, the symptoms happen as a result of your immune system (the body`s defense system) overreacting to a normally harmless substance. In this case the substance is pollen. When the body comes into contact with pollen, cells in the lining of your nose, mouth and eyes release chemical called histamine that triggers the symptoms of an allergic reaction.

What is an allergic reaction?

An allergic reaction is an exaggerated response by the immune system to heterogeneous surrounding substances. The immune system reacts to matters, that are not deleterious, such as pollen, dust, pet hair, etc . These harmless substances are identified as harmful, and respond by forming and activating antibodies. For example, when an allergy sufferer comes into contact with pollen, antibodies are formed in the mastocytoma (part of the pituitary membrane) and will disengage histamine – which is the main transmitter substance in a allergic response

How & when should I use the BioNase?

Use the BioNase treatment on a regular basis (starting with a minimum of 3 times daily). Once symptoms are relieved, reduce the number of treatment sessions and use as needed. Each treatment session is about 4.5 minutes. The device automatically switches off at the end of the treatment session.
Common practice is to use BioNase once in the morning, once in midday/afternoon and once in the evening. Some patients will feel relief after only a few treatments only while others will feel massive improvement within 2-3 weeks.
The treatment can even be started in advance and before the symptoms appear when the patient becomes aware that he or she will be exposed to pollen that they are allergic to.

How does it Work?

BioNase is based on the phototherapy principle of treatment with light energy, and uses a visible light source of red light with a frequency of 630nm at a narrow band wavelength. This is the optimal wavelength to achieve the desired effect of treating Allergic Rhinitis symptoms.
The monochromatic light waves in the red spectrum 630 nanometers correspond to the cellular frequency of the connective tissue, resulting in photostimulation of the damaged or affected cell tissue. As a result, the flow of blood in the area of the cell is increased, the production of proteins and calcium in the cell is stimulated, the number of lymphocytes is increased, and the phlogogens are controlled more rapidly.

Red lamp causes, that the cell immunity system responsible for allergic manifestations respond to atopens much slower. Cell - wall mastocytoma fertile sentinel node will stop thanks incidence monochrome lights sturdy and cripple to evolution histamine, main transmitter substance allergic response reduces morbid immunity reaction to atopens

What is BioNase?

The BioNase is a revolutionary medical device for personal use for the treatment of Allergic Rhinitis (hay fever) symptoms using 630 nm red light.
